@ barn and Cean, yes girl... hehe.. hope our Noa2 we'll get approved sooner..!! anyway, why do you have emailed back? on your timeline here?i mean this one you're timeline. 02/14/11 - received I-797C and NOA1 in mail with RFE

- sent papers back with the correct cheque date and form

02/16/11 - arrival of papers sent back to USCIS

02/18/11 - cheque cashed

02/20/11 - Touched

02/25/11 - received hard copy of NOA1 sent to CSC

This waiting game is so cruel! it would be nice to get an update every two weeks or something to notify us that something is going on with the process.

just go to tickerfactory.com then from there you can choose what you want then to add it in your signature go to your profile then you'll see that there's something like My Signature....heheh let me know lang if na-confuse ka

It's coz we had an RFE originally our application was mailed 03 Feb but then my bf got RFE instead of NOA1 n the mail (we used to old form ) so we have to fill it out again and re-send it. So I believe the second is the most valid one

I'm with you!! I wish we can give USCIS a show of hands.......but to keep you boosted we're down with a month. And honestly speaking time flies so fast it's almost April.

So what are you doing now while waiting aside from praying that NOA2 will arrive soon? Any plans of seeing your fiance's?

Hi all It's April!!

@ Andrey & Milena: My fiance has made initial efforts to renew his passport, obtain his birth certificate (Trinidad is a backwards country, when he went to renew his passport he learned they already had his birth certificate.. they kept it!), police records, and vaccine records (somewhere filed away.. I hope lol).

On my end I am lined up to have the I-134 and necessary financial paperwork ready. We are using a co-sponsor so this is where I want to be fully prepared and have everyting done in advance and taking my time so as to avoid putting pressure on my parents who are so thankfully going to help. I'm planning on going down for the interview if it happens before the end of summer (I HOPE!) so I will take it with me, otherwise I will overnight it to my beau as the time approaches.

There is a quite a wait to acquire some of the necessary paperwork (especially in some countries) but because we've already started on it we're pretty relaxed and no stress at this point. I hope the same for everyone else.

PS - anyone get touched or updated recently?

Hi everyone! I filed my I-485 and I-765 on February 2011. I just completed my biometrics on 3/31.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that the process will go by in the speed of light (^^)
