I am on the process of preparing my I-864 Affidavit of Support for my mom's petition. everything is doing great but i have a question...

I have not worked for many years... so my husband is going to fill the form i864a. My question is that I haven't filled in taxes for many years but my husband has done it for many years and I'm in his statement. My question is what should i write in question 25? .. if I do not work and earn no money to declare taxes should i leave that question in blank?? thanks for the help

no, your income is $0, you cannot leave in blank. and then write a letter explaining why you don't pay taxes.

everywhere they ask you to put your income, you write $0.

Dont leave anything blank! As the previous poster stated, enter 0 as your income and include a cover letter and any relevant document to show that you are not required to file taxes.
