Hi, everyone here, I have a question, it is about "be touch", it's driving me mad as i have a noa 1 date of 7th september and only have been a touch on 13th september since, it mean probably I can't get noa 2 when i'll reach 5 months timeline after 5 days somehow, but anyway, I'll keep calling and sending email to uscis everyday after 5 days when I reach 5 months timeline, otherwise they i worry uscis forget my application somewhere. here, everyone, already got proved noa 2 or not yet, would like to share "be touched"? Thanks.

The touch does not mean anything, people have been approved with NO touches at all. Stop worrying about touches you are just making yourself ill for no reason.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Be patient it will come. I hear of people emailing and calling all the time. That worries me because I think if someone bothered me that much I might just slip that file to the bottom again. I didn't call until it got past the NVC stage. I called DOS to find out if packet 3 had been sent. Then I called to find out if it had been logged a few times after I sent it back. Finally the news of packet 4 came. They are very busy.....I felt the same as you, wondering if it was lost....But the NOA2 came just around the 5 month mark.

A touch means that your case was moved, or opened or looked at. You can tell by the last date on the USCIS site that you register for updates.
