Ok got another question concerning proof of support for my Fiance. I've been told and have seen on the forum that when you go for your interview they will ask your Fiance for the petitioners Income Tax Return for the previous year. My problem is that I had no income for 2010. My Fiance and I lived in the Philippines off of my savings acct. So how can I file a tax return for 2010 if I have no income? I have income tax returns for 2007-2009. What can I do in this situation?

Thanks All for your continued support on this long journey for our visa.

You can still file tax returns if you had no income, its called a "0" zero return. It shows nothing made but you filed your taxes.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

and you will have to write a letter stating why you had no income and/or didnt file a return. You will also need a co-sponsor for the affidavit of support. Hopefully they take to you using a co-sponsor favorably....It is kind of an unwritten rule that Manila embassy doesnt let K-1s have co-sponsors, but it the end it isnt and shouldnt be an issue. No different than a CR-1 with a co-sponsor IMO.
