I got my NOA2 February 1st as well! NOA1 was on August 27th. On January 28th I gave the CSC a call and asked them to look into my case. The next day I sent them a follow-up email. On the 1st I got an email saying that they were looking at my case and that I would find out the results within 45 days. Then within hours they sent me an email saying my NOA2 was on its way!
