Forgot to sign the main application. Oops! They sent me back the file. It's kinda cool, though, it's already been sorted through and labelled and stuff. I'll send it back today!

My identification photo is included, it's been put in a little white holder and stapled to my G-325A. But Pigu's isn't there! There are staple marks on his G-325A in the same place the photo is attached to mine, but no envelope and no photo! What. The photo he included was a bit too small, it was already cut to ...

Nevermind. I found it. It was stuck behind mine, attached to MY G-325A. Sneaky CSC!

Looks like they missed the signature too (or lack thereof) before going through it! Any inside information as to the workings of USCIS? Additional advice on how they like things sorted?

I like your post! Glad they sent it back to you so quickly! It gives you an opportunity to triple check it and triple check it again before returning it! Better than getting an RFE

Will do. They attached the photos to my bio form like I said and they took my evidence photographs out of the Ziploc I sent them in and put them in an opaque envelope with "photos" handwritten on it. They seem to have rearranged the order of my evidence and they removed the cover letter. My check is stapled to the I-129f. The whole thing is bound with a metal clip thing at the top and there is a Notice of Action stapled to the front that says it's a rejection notice. The NOA has a case number on it. I wonder if I'll have the same case number when I resubmit? There is another paper stapled behind the NOA with a list of rejection reasons and a check beside the one that applies to me, missing signature.

I betcha those 'metal clip things' are quasi famous the Acco fasteners.

I'd be curious to read a step by step list of how they arranged it (your post did give me some sort of picture though) along w/ the photos - might come in handy for all of us!!

Oh, the case number is on bar code stickers on my application too, so I guess it's mine for good now!

But it won't let me look up the case in the USCIS database. Probably they just gave me the next sticker but didn't enter it yet.

Here is a picture of the clip! I am at work and all I have is my camera phone, so this isn't great quality. I have some pics of the rest of the package, but I want to edit out our names and such before I post those. I'm going to try and mail this back right when I leave work today, so I won't have time to go home and take better quality pictures. Any request?

Also I'm taking this opportunity to add more evidence to our file; I think what I had there initially was probably enough but I also have a bank statement showing me spending loads of money in London, so what the heck.
