From what I understand (I've never gotten an RFE), and someone please correct me if I am wrong, you don't have to use the envelope they provide. You can use a larger full size envelope that will fit m

Just a little update to say I received my new Green Card in the mail today. :) I received an e-mail on Christmas Eve saying they'd ordered production, so this was very fast!

"Your mom is in my head right now, and she's saying don't do that."

This is a bit late posting but it might be encouraging for the ones still waiting for VSC

I got married to a US Citizen in late 2006 but applied for AOS in late 2008 when my work visa expired.

**ROC**

02-17-2011 ROC (Joint Petition) filed at VSC

03-01-2011 Received NOA (Dated 02-25-2011)

04-07-2011 Biometrics appointment

During May/Jun - Got separated - damn!

10-05-2011 RFE Recieved (due 01-17-2012) - damn, damn!

01-16-2012 Divorce Hearing (Divorce will be finalized 120 days from 01-16-2012)

01-16-2012 RFE Reply (Asking to switch to Waiver Petition + Bunch of extra evidence, hoping for an interview after the divorce is finalized)

03-05-2012 Approved without an interview. (Still waiting for the card to arrive)

Still recovering from the separation, but at least some parts of my life are back on track.
