The verbiage isn't very clear, but if you follow the link you'll see that they mean least sick days taken.

Nope, not really. The only thing worse than guns is stupid people with guns. I don't even own one, personally.

Nope, not really.

But everyone tells me that the best armed populations are always the safest. When everyone is armed, there is no crime and no one ever needs to call 9-1-1 for anything, not even medical emergencies.
