Hi

My H1-B visa was approved in 2007 and then after working for almost a year i left US in july 2008.

If I want to again work in US, what will be the visa requirements for me ?

Will an H1B application for me, be subject to H1B cap or not (as I was already counted

against the cap in 2007-08).

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I think an H1 is good for 3 years, so yours would have run out.

The visa numbers have just gone for this year.
