You dont have a full medical exam for AOS.

The K-1 medical is good for 1 year. All you need done by the civil surgeon is to have your vaccinations copied to the 693 vaccination portion. It only takes them about 30 mins to fill it out sign stamp date and seal it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

The civil surgeon should be able to give any vaccinations you require. If that's all that's needed then they should be able to complete the I-693 and give it to you in a sealed envelope the same day. If they insist on doing a TST (technically, it is required by the CDC) then they'll finish the I-693 after they confirm the TST is negative, which is usually three days.
