I emailed the California Service Center inquiring about my petition for fiance visa. And received a reply today:

We are currently processing I-129F, Fiance of USC that were filed around the fourth week of August 2010. Your petition was filed August 19, 2010. Your case is currently en route to an officer for adjudication. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke.

Thank you,

Officer Shelley

So, what do you guys think? I need some advice or insights on this. They are working on the fourth week of august and mine having it on the third week of august and routed to a adjudication officer is a good thing or what? And what does this scenario means? Anyone experienced this before? Would I be approve or they need more information/evidence from me? All replies are greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Not every thread needs to be turned into one about VSC.

OP, I would expect you to get your NOA2 any day now. :) Your NOA1 date seems to be right in the range of those that are getting approved lately, so I'm sure you aren't far behind! Good luck.

coconuts, are you sure? from my understanding my case was just delayed one more month because they rerouted it to adjudication officer? I really hope to receive it soon.

It wasn't delayed at all, the email just states that it's been pulled from the box it's been sitting in for months and now it's actually on someone's desk who will review it. :) They are SAYING it could possibly take one more month to adjudicate it, but it likely won't.

...because they rerouted it to adjudication officer?

"En route" is "IN route". Not "RE route".
