I have proof through e-mails.. We talk on skype on a weekly basis, but i dont see anything about recorded transcripts.

We also text each other on a daily basis, it is cheaper to text. My family has a family plan(through mom) for our 4 cell phones.. does it matter who the bill is under for text message proof ?

So basically all i have for ongoing proof is e-mails.. is that enough ?

i don't think it really matters under what name the bill is. u just highlight her phone number, as well as yours. maybe u guys can take some skype snapshots or a print screen of both of u on skype also, if u sent her any gifts/if she sent u and u still have the receipts, money transfers, facebook conversations and skype conversations. if i can think of something else, i will post it here - the more u have, the better!

We sent a receipt from my fiancee's Skype account showing something like 15 months of an online number subscription that I had paid for - and scanned a copy of my credit card on the same page showing only the last 4 numbers visible, plus my name, matching the card charged on the Skype receipt). If you have that available and have used it, it's worth sending.

Your emails will be good - letters will do nicely as well. We had about 10 receipts from Fedex in our packet, plus a few Christmas cards (dated, signed) and a few cell phone receipts showing international texts (before we found out about Skype )

Keep in mind, this is all in addition to what seems to be most important - passport stamps, airfare itineraries, etc.

We have been talking on skype (free account). since we have known each other.

What i did is print the call logs starting from the first chat since i came back from visiting her in china.

So about 3 months worth of chat logs, (20 pages), and about 8 pages of e-mails from the beginning of our relationship.
