NOA-2 Expiration date

Our NOA-2 Expiration date is 02/15/2011.

Due to the holidays and some delays in getting in for a medical exam, we are afraid that an interview may be schelduled after the date of the NOA-2 expiration date. We did receive the NOA-3 from the UK Embassy, but it too was delayed in notifying us. We've heard that the UK may have a 30-60 day delay before the interview which is past the expiration date.

Is the NOA-2 Expiration date just to make sure we get all the paperwork in by that date, or is the date that all things will end one way or another.

Not an issue, the consulates can extend the K-1 NOA-2 validity if cannot interview before that date.

You have received your packet 3? Sometimes it happens that interviews occur after NOA2 expiration. Just get everything together that is explained in packet 3 and wait for interview date. You will be fine.

Yes, we had the same question and our Embassy told us if date will expire they will re-validate themselves.
