Part 8. Information about your marital history.

G. How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)? is this mean the past including the present? or just the past one?

I would include current marriage in the count.

How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?

Spouse should know how many times they said, "I do", either before a judge or some religious person, and yes, this also includes you, the applicant, especially when applying for the three year marriage privilege.

A friend of my wife was married four times that brought up some concerns at her interview, on her side, three of the marriages were in her home country, only one marriage to a sponsoring USC. But when asked why she had so many marriages, she just replied, I don't know how to pick them.

Yep another doc that throws people when Petitioning or adjusting status for a spouse, is I-864, counting supported immigrants and family members, form says don't count anyone twice, people get stuck on Me 1, Spouse 1, Immigrant 1, that's 3!! But how can count wife as immigrant?? Have to point at Don't count someone twice, if spouse is immigrant, than don't count as wife. Gets them every time.

Thought about a situation where, ? "How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?", can be confusing. Where the same couple marries, divorces and remarries again. But again for that marriage, would still be twice. Spouse still have to bring in all of those divorce papers for each and every marriage, so should be sorted out at the interview.
