Meeting requirement question

Hello I'm new to VisaJourney.com but have read many posts but couldn't find my specific question. My question is about the meeting requirement in preparation of the I-129F form. I have met my girlfriend face to face in the Philippines although I had not met her prior to going there. My best friend was going there in order to be married so I went with him to assist him (he's in a wheelchair) with everything, and I stayed for 21 days. My best friend's wife's cousin came along as a chaperon and that is how I met her. We started a relationship while in the Philippines and it has blossomed into love. It's been about 7 months now and I'm going to propose to her soon. I have my boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel receipt, and photos of us together. I also have cards/letters she has sent me as well as phone records, Yahoo chat logs, and Moneygram/bank receipts (remittance).

My question is, does my meeting her on that trip satisfy the I-129F meeting requirement even if she wasn't my fiance at the time that we met?

Thank you in advance for any comments or opinions as all are appreciated.

John

Yes, absolutely and your boarding passes and passport stamps will be your primary evidence of meeting.

I have my boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel receipt, and photos of us together. I also have cards/letters she has sent me as well as phone records, Yahoo chat logs, and Moneygram/bank receipts (remittance). Great proof of both meeting her and of your bonafide relationship. Make sure to include copies of all pages of your passport and note the stamps showing your entry into the Phillipines. Make sure to include copies of your boarding passes as well. The phone records, chat logs, and remittance receipts will be helpful in proving your relationship and you might want to include in the packet in order to front load (to include more proof than needed in order to make sure the consulate received this information/proof before your fiancee' interview date.

My question is, does my meeting her on that trip satisfy the I-129F meeting requirement even if she wasn't my fiance at the time that we met? YES

Best wishes! :)
