Not sure if you can do DCF since you are on US soil and not technically living in korea?

But CR-1 would be the other way.

apply for fiance visa now...

His WIFE... he cannot apply for fiance he is MARRIED.

Hey Troop - you qualify for DCF'd I-130 - Study the Guides here on BOTH

the I-130 AND the Direct Consular Filing (DCF) process - you'll be fine if

you file this month or next.

re: child - if the child is YOUR CHILD (yer the biological father) then

child not need VISA -but child DOES need a

Consular Record of Birth Abroad (CRBA) with USA Passport - that's straightforward to get,

can apply for that NOW.
