Help about parents coming to usa

Hello:

This correspondence is in regards to travel to USA for my parents. My parents currently have a valid US Visa (10 years multiple entry) on which they have travelled to the USA a few times in the past few years. They would like to visit me soon to see their newborn grandson.

My parents have also applied for permanent residency recently and their case is under review at the National Visa Center. Does travel to the US under their multiple entry visa present any issues while their case for permanent residency is being processed?

Their immigrant intent has obviously been upped with the pending petition. This may be an issue depending on the CBP officer. The should bring STRONG ties to their home country to show that they must return and perhaps a copy of the immigrant petition.

They should always tell the truth, if asked if they have family in the US, say YES. If they are asked if they have an immigrant petition pending, they should say yes

Good luck - no guarentees that entrance will be granted but they can help themselves to make the crossing easier

They will be fine. Their petition is that fo the immediate relative.. you say the case is under review so i assume that all documents have been submitted. Who sneeks away when their interview would bein 2 months or less....? bring ties just in case.
