Do both receipts, the one you got in the mail from USCIS and the one listed in the e-mail match?

Obviously this is a mistake - since petition to card production obviously cannot take less than a month with no interivew or NVC step

If the receipt numbers don't match, I'd then simply change the addres used on the USCIS website (because obviously there is a technical error linking your e-mail to another petition). If they do match, call USCIS

Good luck

On first glance it looks to me like they got the wires crossed and somehow you were sent an e-mail intended for another case. Put your recipt number into the USCIS tracking site and see what it says:

I got the same info. The weirdest thing is I sent the package for my wife and my two stepsons. I got the same email for each case number.

I think it's time for a phone call to USCIS to clear it up. May be a temporary glitch (they do seem to be having a lot of technical issues since December) or they may have things truly fouled up.
