my fiance the beneficiary is not working at all(shes looking no luck) i support her and she most likely wont be working till she gets here and get her work permit is that a problem?

Keep in mind it can take 4-5 months to get an work permit after fiancee arrives in the USA, so will continue to be unemployed for some time.

If employment shortly after arrival in the USA is a concern, then the way to go is marry first and apply for a spouse CR-1 visa, this visa gets green-card upon arrival, and can hit the ground running taking a job shortly after arriving in the USA.

Yep, I see in many cases where EAD arrives a few weeks, to days before being approved for a green-card, at which time the EAD is replaced by green-card.

Not a problem I am a home maker and the beneficiary so it was ok for me too. It's the US citizen who has to show income. EAD and AP arrived 2 months after I filed. SOme may take longer but usually 2months. I applied AOS October and got my EAD and AP last week. Once I hd biometrics done seemed to get it 2 weeks later AOS can take 4-6 months I have heard
