VSC Processing

Called USCIS today and the operator looked up my K1 visa application and found that I was indeed passed the 5 month processing target. So the operator said that she would open a report on my appplication...but when she looked at VSC she said that they were currently processing July 10, 2010 applications so she could not open a report on mine yet. She said that I would have to wait until it was reported by VSC that they were processing visa applications past my NOA1 date of AUG 5, 2010.

Just letting everyone know what I heard. Getting closer each day....

I think they are past processing July 10 petitions. VJ's are receiving approvals from late July. You'll probably hear something within the next couple of weeks.
