please anyone know the correct return mail address for DS-3032?

i send it to attention WC and a friend told me it's not correct? im so confused and if so what's happens ?

dont worry even if u sent it on Attn: WC....they will pass it on to the correct Department after it is in NVC...only it can be 2-3 days delay to pass on from one department to other....no need to worry.....just make sure that it is delivered at NVC
