one more question for I-134, sorry...

I'm preparing the I-134. I am self employed and also work another job. My income after expenses plus my other job was a little below the income requirements. My question is.. I started this other job in June. Will they take my self employment income from 2010 and what I earned from my other job in 2010? or will they consider my income for a full year on my other job plus my 2010 income from my self employment? I have pay stubs and a letter from my employer stating my wages, hours and date of hire.

We are searching for a co-sponsor but are having a hard time finding someone willing to expose their income so publicly.

When you are self employed they take Line 22.. the amount of income AFTER expenses. The require the proof of using your tax return. Punishment for going into business for yourself I guess

Re-read the question. She spoke of self-employment income minus expenses PLUS employment income. Line 22 rules. However, she could add a letter explaining her annualized employment income for 2011. They might consider it but the stated current income is still from line 22.
