As January 3rd I got approved!!! No touches, no updates, just a simple call to the USCIS officer. Thank you all for the support and all the help you have given me, this is a tough journey but have patience! I know all of you will get through it, because we all deserve it!

ALSO,

he asked me to send my fiance a I-864 for affidavit of support, i thought you send those when you do your AOS?? I am so confused because I thought you send in the I-134?

Help please!!

You are dong a K-1, the Embassy or consulates I-134 as affidavit of support, not I-864.

EX: http://london.usembassy.gov/visaforms.html

I-864 is used for green-cards, either by a spouse CR-1/IR-1 visa or when adjusting status in USA.

Moving to consulate forum...
