Need to know all the fees associated after my fiancée arrives to the states. How much is the 2 year green card?

Moved from Immigration News forum as not an Immigration News story and OP is asking about AOS and other expenses after K-1

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

$1070 to USCIS. Add whatever you end up paying to a civil surgeon to transcribe the vaccinations to an I-693. Here's the guide:

YES IT'S ABOUT 1,010 OH AND BE CAREFUL CHOOSING A CIVIL SURGEON. SOME OF THEM CHARGE TOO MUCH! I ENDED PAYING ABOUT $800 FOR VACCINATIONS AND BLOOD EXAM AND TB TEST AND CHEST X-RAYS. ( BY THE WAY, THEY DON'T TAKE INSURANCE)

A) Inside voices. Just sayin. :)

B) It's gone up a bit. I's now $1070 for an adult, including biometrics fee.

C) +1 above for the third part. DEFINITELY shop around for the CS. Check the thread in this forum to see if there's a reasonably-priced CS in your area. If none is listed, go to the USCIS website, print out a listing of every CS within a 4 hour drive and phone around. You can easily save literally hundreds of dollars [and that's worth a couple of hours driving!] if you find one who will just do a transcription of vaccination info from your DS-3025 to an I-693 without trying to gouge you for a full exam that you almost certainly don't need. [if your K-1 medical at the panel physician in the other country is less than a year old, and it should be, you do NOT need another full medical exam, and any CS who says otherwise is confused, trying to con you, or both!]
