Does transfer to local office has any dependency on actual FP dates? In other words, Does USCIS wait for FP results be cleared before transferring the case to local office or is it all based on priority dates.

Appreciate all your thoughts / experiences on the same.

I'm back after several days of work madness .....im glad there has been a few updates from you guys...always happy to see that :thumbs: ...even tho i can't give you any updates on my case yet... :whistle: Do you hear me uscis?:whistle:

===================================================================================================

Recardo is correct.. :thumbs:

But, the way i see it is.....it's like your digging for gold only to find there is nothing there, so you move on to the next site.

same as the USCIS but only, they look for ####### before they take it to a new level..

Depends on the person & field office in dealing with your file because the F.P is sent back cleared witin days in most cases & sent back to the uscis tehn they will send your file to your city field office for scedule interveiw date..

so when a delay accurs (most times) on a interveiw date or so called Yellow letter popping in your letter box, it's because you have a lazy ####### focker on your file sitting on there desk gathering up dust, until they stop having smoke breaks every 15 mins or pulling sickies every few wks..

All you can do is hold on tight, like you where on a rollercoaster ride & don't fall off the rails..
