Sounds like you are at NVC stage, moving this to that forum.

Do you or your husband have any assets? If so this may make up the difference, if assets are out of country, then perhaps if cash asset getting this transferred to a US bank and adding this to your I-864 will do the trick.

Asset is only worth 1/3 income if you are a US citizen, or 1/5 income if you are a green-card holder. So for example if your income falls 1000 below 125%poverty line then you need to add 3000 or 5000 in assets.

Unfortunerly, we don't have any assets besides a minivan. I'm 5 months pregnant, and we have 3 other children, so this is a very difficult circumstance for us to deal with. Any other ideas are much appreciated.

We are searching for someone to sponsor my husband on his AOS form. I have no family(only child), and unfortunetly my husband's family is not able to due to their immigration status right now. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
