Bank Statement Question

I would like to know, how would this work. Someone told me I need to show current balance of my bank account and someone also told me all I need to show is Annual deposit report from my bank with my tax return, employment letter from my job and the affidavit of support document. How could I make this work? I have a job and passed the minimum requirement for poverty line also consistent deposit record of all my paycheck but not that much on current balance. Please help, thanks.

The instructions for I-134 will tell you exactly what you need from the bank. I gave them a copy and got a letter that stated the date that I opened the different accounts that I have with them; the balances at the writing of the letter and the total amounts that had been deposited into each account over the past 12 months.

All I submitted was my tax return and pay stubs for 12 months I never submitted any bank letter. Good luck

Here's what did the job for me:

> I-134 Affidavit of Support.

> Income tax returns from the current three years.

> Income tax transcripts from the current three years.

> W-2s from the current three years.

> Paycheck stubs from the current six months.

> A letter from my employer.

> A bank statement from the current month.
