Hey VJ friends!

My fiancee received an email from HOng KOng Consulate and our case is pending coz she is requested for CENOMAR..I wonder if she really needs this since she is annulled and she has her document of her final decree of annulment and the certification along with her marriage contract remarks marriage nulled and void..If so ..was it true that the delivery of the CENOMAR takes 6-9 weeks if outside the philippines? Is it send direct the HK US consulate?

Pls. anyone who had experience pls advice me..share your experience..expert..thanks a lot.

3/2/2020 Check Cleared 

3/10/2020 NOA1 Under Review and processing 

5/04/2020 Notice of approval  

5/18/2020 AOS Filling fees and IV Filling fee check cleared 

12/9/2020 Email from NVC received all fees form document that required prior to attending interview  

05/24/2021 Received mail interview schedule June 24, 2021 @10:30 am (Cancelled) due to a long quarantine decided to cancelled

11/22/2021 Case Transfer from HK US Consulate to US Embassy Manila

05/02/2022 St Luke Medical appointment

05/23/2022 Sputum test wait 2 months to released result

07/22/2022 Sputum test passed same day Immunization

07/27/2022 Interview US Embassy Manila (Refused ask Embassy request DNA test)

08/31/2022 DNA test Kit Paid (Universal Genetics)

9/13/ 2022  Embassy took the sample both me after 3 days result was 99.9999 % Positive :)

9/29/2022    Passport with visa 

10/2/2022    CFO registered online only  

10/2/2022  Paid 220 for green card

10/19/2022 Flight to USA 

10/20/2022 Arrived in Alaska USA

hello, not sure if you were able to resolve your problem already but yes, she needs to get a CENOMAR. thats to validate her records from NSO that her record is updated from married to annulled and free to marry. if she would request CENOMAR by email then it could take longer. if she needs it faster then she can have any of her family member to go and request it as long as she provides them with authorization letter and then they can send it to her via express mail. Good luck

hello, not sure if you were able to resolve your problem already but yes, she needs to get a CENOMAR. thats to validate her records from NSO that her record is updated from married to annulled and free to marry. if she would request CENOMAR by email then it could take longer. if she needs it faster then she can have any of her family member to go and request it as long as she provides them with authorization letter and then they can send it to her via express mail. I requested online I just followed what the Consulate instruction. It needs the NSO to send directly to Hong Kong US Consulate..I paid 25USD and it says 9 days to process but the delivery processing 3-8 weeks I hope its not that long..Thanks ERY!

I was searching about similar situation I am encountering now. The processing in the Philippines even if I am from there is unbelievably slow. If you still remember, after payment online, how long have you waited before it has been actually delivered to the US consulate? Thanks!

Feb 6, 2012 - POE Detroit

April 17 - Got married

**AOS Stage**

May 22, 2012 - AOS submission

May 24 - received date

May 25 - transfer notice of I485 to CSC

May 29 - NOA1 by mail

June 25 - Biometrics at Atlanta

June 29 - received a second appointment notice for repeat biometrics

July 16 - Second biometrics at Atlanta

July 28 - EAD card production notification received

Aug 2 - USPS picked up card notification received

Aug 4 - received EAD in the mail

March 26,2013 - AOS interview

April 11, 2013 - GC approval date

April 19,2013 - received GC in the mail

You might want to PM Grey because they are still an active member, but it seems they hang out in the AOS and the K-1 forums. They might not see you here.
