Does anyone know why GEO/Consulate has issues with granting a visa on 1st interview?

Your question is too vague. Please be more clear. Also, this is not a K3 case, so answers would be about the CR1 or IR1 visa, not K3.

Well, this will be my 2nd time going to GEO for interview. I do not see the need for this interview because we was interviewed on 09/2006. I want to know why they wont grant the visa at the 2nd interview if he/she is now married.

If they deny the visa, they'll tell you why. We don't have crystal balls here.

Well, the GEO female cons. said the visa will be grant to my fiancee back 2006, then they turned around and said he failed to show that his feeling are genuinely and will not lead to marriage. I got a letter from DHS on July 2008 with no reasons whatsoever on why the GEO returned the case to be revoke.

Is there an actual question you have that would be possible to answer or are you just venting?

 and  I was more pissed that I have to spend so much $$$ traveling back and forth, hired a lawyer and got ripped off, but that is done and over with since we are now married. Now they want a joint interview 4/1/11. Cant you believe April's Fool of all day? well hopefull all goes well at the interview. What is the waiting period for visa after the interview?

I hope you sent in a lot of evidence to prove the legitimacy of your relationship when you filed the I-130. My husband and I made sure to get everything in and checked every document thoroughly. I sent in pretty much all of our evidence (e.g. photos, letters, cards, money transfer receipts, phone records showing text messaging and phone cards) when I sent in the petition. Well good luck with everything.
