In G-325A where you need to fill-up employment history for past 5 years and after that there is a question about Last occupation abroad. My question is do I need to write last occupation abroad even if it is beyond last 5 years or what?

My emplyment history is something like this

11-1998 - Present -- USA

07-1995 - 10-1998 -- India

Do I need to provide occupational details about Job I had in India?

Thanks

I would note it, the question has no qualifier like, "in the last 5 years", take the questions literally.

I have a few questions about this form. We are trying to fill it out and keep seeing things we missed. Is there anyone that has one filled out by someone in China? She is having a hard time filling it out. The main questions we have is Citizenship/Nationality....she is in mainland china and she put P.R. China. Is that right? Other question is on the 6th question "Applicant's residence last five years". She live's in a dorm but still has her address as her home and not the campass. So I would think she needs to put her home address. Then under "address outside United States" it should be her home address again. Also where do u get a file number or just write None? She did work here in the U.S. but they put her in a Hotel and not an apartment so there would be no address for when she stayed here. Any help we would appreciate.

Citizenship China is fine.

A dorm at a college is a temporary housing, kind of like a hotel, use home address. My wife worked in a private school about 40km from her home, she lived at the school, however her home was her mother's place 40km away, we used her mother's home as residence.

Yes list same address again on line address outside USA.

Write "None" for file number, later if by K-1 visa and when adjusting status, you will have an A# to put there.

What was nature of work in USA? Was it in relationship to a foreign company? For example "I work for a company like Kodak in NY, and they send me on an assignment in Toronto Canada, my job is still considered working in USA even though I am doing it from Canada for a month."

1st question is correct if that is her nationality/ citizenship.

2nd Q--residence for last 5 years- I would put home address too but also the dorm address and she could write on extra paper the reason for that.

3rd Q --- outside USA address yes her family home as that is where all her mail would go yes? It's not that hard a form to fill in really just tell her to take her time and read it carefully .

And file number / A number is alien number if you don't have one the leave blank or write N/A

Ok, I understand the address part. As far as her working in the US, she was here on a work visa (J-1) through an agency. They give them option's of what city's to go to and what type of job's the agency provides. She worked at a casino (contract worker) and has a SS number. To me she would have to put the agency's address and not the casino's because she was employed and paid by the agency.

Thank's for the help and will check out that websight.

Also, I'm not sure about her address. This is how it's written Zhuwu Cun, Heshan, Yuanzhou, Boluo.

One other thing I need to ask, is it ok to "See Attachment" where they as Applicant's employment last five years; full name and address of Employer.

I can't write the name and address in that little box by hand much less by typing it. If I put see attachment and have the names and address's typed on another sheet of paper clipped onto this one it would make it alot easyer.
