I-131 quiestion

My fiance came with a K-1 visa. We got married and sent allready the I-485,I-765 and the I-131. The I-485 and the I-765 where approved. But the I-131 was not beacuse the answer we choose on the part 2 of the form. Because we choose that she was a conditional resident (the first option in part to) we have to send it to nebraska.

My question is what option should I choose in part 2 of the I-131 form if we already got married and we are living in the USA ?

Not a conditional resident until after getting a 2 year CONDITIONAL green-card, that answer has to do with a re-entry permit for trips lasting longer than 1 year.

You say I-485 was approved? If so then a green-card should be in the mail, and AP and EAD will no longer be needed, so the approved I-765, makes no difference either, green-card trumps EAD.

Forget about the I-131..

"d" You are applying for AP document AP = Advance Parole

Nope, no planned trips are needed, you can simply state "Trip will be planned after AP approval"
