Hi All,

Quick question-- sorry-- it's really basic.

So, I'm going to send out my petition (K1, first attempt) in about 1-2 weeks. I keep seeing different places to send it to. I'm sending the request from NC.

Do I send it here: USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

OR-- I saw something somewhere about California and Vermont?

I'm so confused!

If I'm confused at this stage, I'm worried about the rest. Anyway, silly question, I know, but it's stressing me out.

Thanks!

K

If you are using the USPS it goes to the PO Box in Tx. If you are using UPS/FedX then use the street address in Tx. Tx will intake the petition and send it to a regional service center for processing

YMMV

Hi, Just a reminder, don't forget to have Delivery Confirmation added to your package. Vermont is the Service Center for N.C. You will send your package to the Dallas address and they will forward it to Vermont Service Center. We Wish You The Best :)

Mail the I-129F Package to the USCIS

You should mail the completed form(s) to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox.

Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

The guides here on VJ are great and I use them and will continue to use them. But when you're filling out official forms, your first source of information should be the official instructions. When the instructions are unclear to you, then you look elsewhere. If you look at the bottom of page 4 and top of page 5 of the I-129F instructions, you'll notice that it tells you exactly where to send the form and the accompanying documents. Here's the link to the instructions for the I-129F: http://www.uscis.gov...i-129finstr.pdf
