i meet my fiance via internet on dating site, and i think we should tell about it if we apply for a visa , do you think the consulate accept that me and my fiance meet each other via internet

They do not care at all about how you met. At church, internet, a friend, etc. The only thing they care about is if you are actually wanting to get married for real. Not to cheat immigration rules. Trust me tell them the truth on all things. Just make sure you collecting evidence about your relationship. Even emails on the internet are considered proof of a relationship.
