hi folks, just to let you folks know that the wheels are turning, and we have indeed applied for an expedite due to the emergent situation we are currently in. its hard not knowing your fate - but hopefully justice will be speedy.

until things are finalised i cant say too much as it wouldnt be right, but we have some very kind and caring assistance with us.

i would say if you know youre gonna need a waiver for a cimt or overstay of more than 180 days, been out of status, and youve filed your petition. start working on your waiver asap. its not easy. i was hoping the CO would be lenient on my overstay but as he said to me, they arent allowed. im just relieved i was able to leave before the year. overcoming the ten year bar is more difficult.

16-SEP-2010 : Received NOA1.

24-SEP-2010 : Expedite: service request

05-OCT-2010 : Supporting documents sent to CSC.

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

If/when I get my interview...I'm gonna request the ####### the same day..been working on my valid reason for getting it quicker...Daughter needs me, I need to work on getting my License Reactivated, which will require 36 hours of Seminars Continuing Education, and then another week to activate, and my 3.5 year old asked me last night , Daddy When you coming back? I want my daddy back. :help:
