Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) has received all required fee payments for the immigrant visa case of

ME. Each applicant must now complete an Application for Immigrant Visa

and Alien Registration. Please go to the Department of State website at

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and follow the instructions displayed.

Pay particular attention to the requirements for police certificates. In some cases specific forms must be

used to request and obtain required police certificate(s).

IMPORTANT:

E-Mail Processing may be either mandatory or chosen by the principal applicant for this case. If E-Mail

Processing does apply to this case the required form(s) and documents must be scanned and submitted

by e-mail to NVCElectronic@state.gov.

We have already sent them the DS230 and the I-864, what is this they want now?

NVC wants your DS230 plus other civil docs....since you have already sent it...you can ignore the email. NVC is behind and you are ahead.

i would not assume ... call them and make certain they have rec'd. dont depend on mail service and ignore this only to find months from now they never rec'd (or they misplaced after they rec'd).

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

I agree, better to be safe than sorry. Don't rely on the AVR being up to date either, speak with an agent. Tier one robot should be able to answer this question without issues.

I called and waited like 15 minutes before someone finally came on the phone, she said our case is in final review and should be approved soon. Well tonight I came home and like I usually do and GUESS WHAT?? I GOT A SIF!!!!!!! YAHHHH BABY!!!!!!!

Sign in Fail...when you go to the payment portal you cannot sign in and this means you are done with the NVC
