Does it always show online

I´m just wondering, does the statuschange of ur visa always shows on the USCIS site? Or is anyone here that experienced it different? For example got an RFE in the mail way before it showed that status online if it did at all.

if you click check case status on line,uscis,you see the circles that means your case pending, or what else,

USCIS is not good at updating that information. My I-130 was approved two weeks ago and it still shows that they are still reviewing my RFE .

So, don't rely on what it says there, wait for the mail!!!!!

You are being far too kind and generous. USCIS website absolutely sucks in terms of being updated or generating texts to users as advertised.

LOL, well you are right. Let me also add that I NEVER got the text messages either.

Great, now that sounds promising!!!

Im just asking, because my fiance and I got our NOA 1 July 12th, we had a touch on 7/21 on 11/2 and 11/3 but that was a change of address and than agian touches on the 11/23 and 24th. I was just wondering if the last touch was maybe our NOA 2 or even an RFE, but nothing showed online and my fiance didn´t say he got anything so far.

i got an email notification when we got RFE, but no email n text notification when we finally got NOA2, it was in the mail, it was a nice surprised

my case status on USCIS website still "request for evidence respond review"

think the last touch is ur noa2

I hope so much its ourr NOA2, but to b honest I think we´ll get an RFE, because we just sent pictures as evidence of meeting in person,and I read that this is just secondary evidence. Unless the USCIS has in there computer somewhere that I was an au-pair from 07-09 which I doubt.

If we get an RFE could I coontact you for futheer questions and advice?

i really hope u get noa2 directly without rfe, but if u get rfe, u can contact me for further information

1 of my rfe was asked "proof of meeting", the best proof is copy of passport pages with visa stamps (in your case) your passport with visa stamp entering USA or your fiance's passport with visa stamps entering Germany
