I was wondering how long some of you might have waited between finding out your interview date and time from NVC operator and getting the appointment email. Found out Monday AM, still no email. Called yesterday and they said takes 4 or 5 days from when they send the email for me to receive the email. Which is just...odd. Anyone else experience this?

We got the email confirmation on 12/02/2010 the day after the interview date was set.

Thanks, I'll do the same.

I called tonight, and was told nearly the same thing you were - that the email hadn't been sent yet, that they queue up a bunch and send them at once, and that if I didn't get the email by Friday I should give them a call back.

I am reposting my replies to your profile to make sure you see them.

1)

"Atencio, you don't need to wait to get the physical done at St. Luke's! All they want are two things: 1) A copy (you can scan here and print out in the Phils) of NOA 2, and your NVC case # - you could print out any of the emails you've received from them that shows the case number. My wife did this, she completed day one of the physical today, day two is tomorrow...."

"I haven't seen the discussion, do you have a link to the Philippines forum? I've never been able to find it. I'm assuming it is the NSO CEMAR that is required, or is this something else? Thanks!

I received my appointment letter this morning.
