Yes FL-5 which is not dark orange...maybe surrounded by some, but not in it! I'm in the light orange wastelands.

Actually, my CD (NJ-6) is low by northeastern standards. I am surrounded by clearly superior congressional districts.

I am amused by the fact that the lowest score on the index is in California.

So the next step would be to know which areas within the bad CD are dragging the overall scores down. This tool won't tell you that, people with local knowledge will.
