Guys I am sending package tomorrow . My 90 days window starts on Dec 04 , I hope it will reach on time if they recieve on Dec 03 will they send it back to me? I live in Hershey PA .

10-04-06 - Petitioner (wife) sent I-130 to USCIS Vermont Service Center

10-14-06 - Petitioner received NOA 1 "Receipt Notice"

01-17-07 - USCIS NOA2 "Approval Notice"

Why don't you just send it on the 3rd or 4th of December and avoid the possibility of them rejecting it for being early?

Do the RIGHT THING and wait a week or two before sending it. I know, I know you are eager but if it arrives too early YES, they will send it back to you. And if you get called for an interview too early they will NOT invite you for the Oath, it may be delayed for a month or two before they get around to scheduling your Oath! So just don't mail it for a week or two at least. You will be happy later, better safe than sorry! :thumbs:

Application has to be signed and dated within the 90 day window. So how can you put on that date if its already mailed off? Kind of showing you are not being very accurate in your application, talk about getting started on the wrong foot.

With speed, 55 means 55, with the USCIS, 90 means 90. Good to be under in either case or face the consequences.

Wait a week or two.

In my own case, it was only 86 days between mailing off the N-400 and the interview. Does it really matter if you become a US citizen on March 5 or March 10?
