I have the following items/proof that I have maintained domicile in the States... is this enough? Any ideas or thoughts that may be helpful?

1. Car Title

2. Deed to House

3. Power Bill

4. Bank Info

5. Homeowner's and Car Insurance Info

6. Drivers License

7. Homeowner's exemption form

we don't use Credit Cards so no proof with that... anyway this should do it hopefully

which included everything BUT the Kitchen SINK!

2010-12-13: Per UPS, Package has been received at American Consulate in Ankara, Turkey

2011-01-20: Received Email from US Embassy in Ankara

INTERVIEW DATE 03/08/2011 @ 8:30 am !!!

2011-03-08: Placed in AP

That's a whole lot of very strong evidence and it is a lot more then i had(before i decided to return after filing) i think that you should be ok. school records, voting records or card...are also suggestions although very hard to get when your out of the country.

That looks good. If you put your furniture etc in storage, you can show that also.

It may also help to show that you are now planning to return to live there, ie bring evidence of looking for a job in the USA, that you have given notice to your tenant (if there is one) that you'll be returning to live in your house etc.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
