We were married on 11/13/10. Soon we will file for the "Adjustment of Status".

Are the fees still $1010 to file? Where do we get the forms to file for the status change?

My wife is from the Philippines. I was told that this fee was to increase to

over $1400 before year end. Is that so? What other fees might we anticipate

from here on out to adjust my wife's status?

Moved from K-1 Visa forum to AOS forum as the OP is now at the next step of the immigration process.

Congratulations on your marriage and good luck. :)

Here is a link to a thread in the Immigration News forum discussing the new fee schedule: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/276239-new-fees-for-uscis-services/

The fee for Adjustment of Status will increase from $1010 to $1070 on November 23, 2010. If the envelope is postmarked by Nov. 22, then the old fee can be paid.

The new fee is $985 for AOS + $85 for biometrics = $1070 written as one check for the total.
