Hi, first at all, thanks for ur answer biggrin.gif

We are filling i130 form, and there is a question that we almost dont understand it...

- If filling for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country.

What we should write here?

Thanks a lot!

The length of time lived together. For my wife I put two week because I stayed at her house in Cambodia for two weeks. I'm not sure of what to put if it was never but I'm sure someone will reply soon. Good Luck.

There is a debate on this. "Short visits are not considered as living together". Based on this, many people have not filled it and entered either N/A or the address and period they thought actually lived together. And I think they didn't have any issues.

However, I filled my last stay together address with my wife in my I-130 forms (one in 2008 and the other in 2010) and didn't have any issues either. My both visits are few weeks only and we lived together or rather I must say visited each other. In both definitions, we spent time (both day and night, we went to the restaurant and movies too!) together at my home in India as husband and wife.

Now, it is up to you, because you are the boss!

Loto
