Hello everyone i have just a few questions to all who have gone or are going through this process. I just had catholic charities help me out filing the K1 paperwork on October 19 of this year. I have a few doubts though. In this packet i have a cover letter, two letters of intent, a money order for $455 form I129F, my G325A signed with passport size picture stapled on it , and her G325A with a pic stapled but there is a mistake on her fathers last name. How do or can i correct this? Do i need to send her G325A have her signature on it before I send this packet off or does she sign it at her interview? I also have copies of our BCs, her BC is translated, copies of my passport showing stamps of when i went to Mexico. Our phone bills, my itineraries of me flying over to mexico, written letters and emails that we sent to each other. Pictures of us being together on different dates. ALL THIS PROOF DATES BACK TO FIVE YEARS. I wrote the dates in the back of the pictures. Is that ok? And now the most important question where do i send it off? the lady that helped me gave me an envelope with "USCIS California Processing Center Laguna Niguel." I just read here that i have to send this to Texas now? Is this true? Do i have everything? Is there anything Im missing? PLease provide me with detail every little bit helps.

sincerely,

Edgar

Hi Edgar!

Her birth certificate(original and copy) is not required in this first step, only for her interview and AOS afterwards. If you want to receive text/e-mail notification informing you that USCIS has accepted your petition, just attach G-1145 form (you can download it at USCIS website).

Do you have boarding passes, hotel receipts, ATM receipts?

I made a mistake on my G-325 A regarding one of my former addresses so I filled out another one and mailed it to my fiancé.

Good luck!

cross check your packet with the guides. You need distinct primary proof of meeting in the past 2 years, bording passes, hotel receipts, passport stamps.

Good luck

Edgar,

Please check the official website: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

Look at the I-129 F intructions. Everything you need to know is there and you should double-check everything there (even though you obtained assistance in completing the forms). for your best interest you should still go over things yourself.

Best wishes!
