Stupid question, I know. But the I-129F guide says to specifically send

the I-129F package through USPS. Can I send it via UPS?

Sure, you can send it via UPS.

As per USCIS form I-129F instructions, for Express mail and courier deliveries:

united parcel don't deliver to p/o box,, the united postal delivers to p/o box and address,

If you're going to use UPS, you need to use this address:

I sent mine there via UPS and had no problems. Good luck!

You can send it any way you like. USPS International Express mail worked best for us. Package is trackable, receiver had to sign for it. Normally' I'd be sending documents. price was about $23. It always arrived within 1 week.

Yes you can. There is a separate address for each service center for delivery services that require signatures. Be sure to use the right address.

If you are trying to send something overnight. remember this process will take many months. Pyaing extra to get the petition there one or two days sooner is silly in this case. USPS delivery confirmation is best and cheapest.
