I want to say that even though I'm at the tail end (I hope) of this tedious process I've learned one thing. When you sit and compare immigration cases you are setting yourself up for stress and frustration. There isn't much rhyme or reason because each case is viewed individually and handled as such. Even those with commonalities don't always move at the same rate.

I understand all the frustrations too well. I've also learned that getting too wrapped up in the drama of this process can tear you apart. My easiest times are those I spend focused on my fiance and our relationship and NOT this process. Venting does help, but balance seems to be the key... if you can achieve it.

Wishing all of us still waiting good news soon...

I read on the forum somewhere that the processing dates website is no longer relevant because the California and Vermont offices are so backed up with cases from Texas and Nebraska, plus the IMBRA RFEs, that they are no longer posting updates for the K1s. Some of the reports of NOA2 received by people who posted after March seem to be in line with that and good news. Maybe this is a rumor?

VSC updated there K-1 from March 6th to April 3rd. So, looks like they are still updating the site. But what do I know?

Hey, Andy, here's what I know for sure: it doesn't matter what we think they should be doing with approvals. There's no discernable logic or fairness. So let go of looking for rationales and start trusting that your approval will come in good time.

You've already had an incredible journey and may have more miles to go before you learn the lessons specially designed for you. Oh. Nobody told you about that part? That this is an emotional and spiritual journey, too? We're all watching and pulling for you.
