I'm including in my document packet the AOS bill and IV payment receipts, but do I need to also include the Invoice fee bills I printed up the IV bill from email just in case, but not sure if they need it as proof or not?

Barcode coversheet is enough.

Payment receipts are not needed. But if you don't trust me, you may include it

Did you receive both bills together, though? And are you planning on mailing both the AOS and IV packages in the same envelope?

The reason I ask is that some pay the AOS and IV bills and mail them on different dates. Just wondering.

I realized Friday that I paid the IV bill before getting the email for it which I forgot about, but the IV invoice got sent to me on Saturday so I might be safe I'm going to check into it monday I spoke to a customer rep they said worse thing is it would cancel payment and I would have to just go to payment portal and resend it. I'm hoping it goes through though, funny that I over looked this part but in the payment portal when it showed AOS paid it opened up IV bill to be paid which it was closed the day before so I assumed that it was generated in that sense, but oh well I'm still learning a lot lol.

For clarification I have both the IV and AOS invoices now though.

does anyone know how long it takes to review the IV and AOS for NVC or is it pretty random based on cases?

I wanted to add that I will probably end up mailing the AOS and IV together which is allowed right? because I'm still waiting for husbands BC and IV application and the NOA2 hardcopy in mail

I think it will be alright

because NVC's emailing, and mailing system is not reliable.

so if they generated the IV bill online to be paid then they obviously generated but you have not gotten the email yet

so you did absolutely nothing wrong

yea it was confusing because a one customer service person told me I wasn't suppose to and then another one told me that it was okay. When I saw that I could click on the IV bill through payment portal I thought it was okay to pay it, forgot about the invoice and the AOS invoice I got in the mail as first NVC correspondence, so I guess things are going a little unorganized from them, but I'm trying my best to be organized on my side.
