check the ucis new fees go in effect november 23 2010 the existing fee for the 1-129f is 455.00 ends on november 22 2010. the new adjusted fee as of november 23 1010 is 340.00 if you want to double check go on line to uscis new prices for forms.... good luck

The filing fee for the I-129F (a petition, not a visa) is now $455 but will be $340 beginning November 23. The visa application fee paid later, abroad is currently $350. A petition is not a visa or a visa application. Don't confuse the two.
