DENIED 1ST TIME NOW ON 2ND TRY

Hello, my husband and I were denied CR1 visa last year. We did not have enough proof of relationship. We met and married quickly in Dec 2008. Filed I130 in April 2009 and had interview in December 2009 and was denied. Case was sent back to USCIS in February this year with recommend to revoke or deny. We were asked for proof in August and sent a 5" binder of trips, emails, phone card purchase, chats, pictures, mail, letters from friends and anything we could think of. As of today, still no approval, denial, nothing. We were outside of our process time and I called USCIS to see what is going on and they said they will check on it. That was two weeks ago. Still nothing. If you have been through this before, could you please tell us how your case went and once it is approved (God willing), do they just schedule the interview at NVC? Thank you for any help!

Hello

Sorry that your case is being out of processing time but keep holding on and if you think you sent enough true evidence that you both have a bona fide marriage then you will hear good news and hope it will be soon for you

About the NVC question, after USCIS approves your case then it forwards it to NVC then after the NVC processing, they will forward your case to the local consulate, you will have an interview date scheduled as well

Good Luck

Thank you Samoray! God willing we will hear good news soon but we have already been through NVC before and did all the forms. Have you been through it two times? I think this time they will just make another interview appointment. Our CR1 never died it is just going through process for 2nd time. I don't think we will have to do papers at NVC again but I could be wrong. We wish we could find other people that have been through this before to ask their experience. Thank you for your kind replies.

Hello Danny&Mary,

i just saw that u posted a review on the Algerian embassy and not on the Argentinian one! Is ure husband from Algeria? and u are from Argentina!

Cause if not , and u both are from argentina u should move ure review and post it on the right country!

For ure case, i guess u did all u was suppose to do, u have to wait for them to take decision !

Good luck

Cheers!
