It makes me so mad because I live so close to the Texas Service Center according to the address. I reside in the Dallas area and i am so close but still is useless because there is nothing we can do but wait!!

oic you know what's crazy, in their manual i believe an unsigned g325a isnt an RFE but can be given at interview... maybe that is for beneficiary's only... wish i had energy to stay up and look that up but have early dr appt and it's alreayd late here

as for the passport, that too isnt have to thing, he could have submitted copy of his birth certificate... though do they even require USC proof at this stage any longer??? i think when i sen tours (in july) the birth cert wasnt 'required' but i still sent just in case we got an officer who was used to it

It's right here.........

And I have included this direct link to that post in every email I have sent out to the media and politicians, check it for effect.

i meant for her/him to keep the 'approved expedite' letter for their files, never hurts to keep a papertrail .... as for your records, i dont know how long VJ keeps files but i dont rely on any site to save my files. i have CD backups, paper copies, backup copies on computer of everything.... hubby also has computer copies of everything, i make paper copy for him as well and he will have a cd copy in next shipment ... perhaps alittle overboard but in a tornado hopefully one of the formats would survive  and if not DH would have copies

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

Hello my friends. I have been reading all the posts and I am also optimistic that we are gonna get approved soon.

I received a letter today responding to an expedite.

This is what I got today in the mail:

On 1/14/2011 you contacted us about your case. Some of the ifo:

Name blah blah blah

The status of this request is

Documentation submitted meets the requirements for expedite processing of your application. We have reacived your applications from the WESTERN SERVICE CENTER ( what do they mean CALIFORNIA?) . after we have updated our database your application will be assigned to an adjudicating officer. You will received a notice when a decision is made on your case.

Ok what is curious about this letter is that we actually requested en expedite and informed them of our down syndrome baby. Well that never called us or asked us to fax or mail any documentation. We were waiting for the 5 business day letter and now they are saying that we meet the requirements and that my application was received from the western service center... hellloooooo!! yreah you received in November of last year!!!!

so what do you think? not that an expedite means anything but any opinions?

EXACTLY the same letter we received on the 26th November, and so far - nothing. BUT, I DO thing we are on the verge of something big, so hang on in there. I feel Wednesday of this week could be interesting.

No more approvals today then....

I figure if the media does their job properly, they are researching my email, the VJ links I provided and my screen name to see what they can dig up, may take a few days.
