DEAR ALL,

We are gathering papers for ROC next year. here's what we have until now.

-Joint apartment lease

- driver's license with same address

- letters addressed for us same address

- 2 joint credit cards with statements

- joint bank account

- flight tickets for trips together

-we could easily get many letters from friends and family

- joint tax return for 2008,2009 & will have 2010

- many photos with the families

- family phone plane under his dad's name but has all the phone lines

is this enough??

you shoulh get tax transcripts for two years from the i r s. copy of your permanent resident card .front and back..copys of your joint bank statements four each year...copy of joint credit cards. and or bebit cards togather.copy of utility bills togather...copy of insurance in both names.. copy of any clubs togather..copy of car insurance both names..copy of photos since you arrived here two years.of photos with family friends trips try to have dates on the cambera.. some wedding photos junk mail sent in your name same address. two affidavits from friends..to say how much you are in love and very happy married togather. start keeping all in a nice file make a cover letter . make two sets of every thing you send you should be fine

Joint mortgage agreemand or property deed

Birth certificates of any children born from the marriage

Joint policies of life, medical and or car insurance
